You can become a Winnipeg Harvest Kid Who Cares! Collect tins of food at school, birthday parties, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Christmas parties and other celebrations; donate time or money and you can become part of our team as a Kid Who Cares. This program engages, recognizes and educates Kids Who Care through regular activities and workshops.
Winnipeg Harvest hosts education evenings for participants to learn about food security and other hunger and poverty-related topics. Through activities, workshops and action, kids learn how they can make a difference in the fight against hunger and poverty.
You can easily participate in the program with each donation of food, time or money and increase your level. Harvesters, age 14-16, may become a member of the Winnipeg Harvest Youth Ambassador Council.
