Reception/Administration

These team members greet clients of Winnipeg Harvest in a positive and respectful manner as they enter the building.  They direct clients to the appropriate department, provide assistance in filling in emergency food order forms, and answering other inquiries as required.  These team members also handle telephone inquiries.  The reception team also serves as reception / greeter in the referrals waiting room.

The Reception/Administration training also involves answering a multi-line phone, filling out request forms, learning computer programs such as Word, Access, Excel and the Internet. Other equipment training would be a mail system and fax/copier training.
