Position Potato Room Lead
Days Mon – Sat, 1-2 shifts a week, min. 3 month commitment
Shifts Monday – Saturday: Morning (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.), Afternoon (12 – 3 p.m.)

Monday – Friday: Evenings (5:30 – 8:30 p.m.)

Description Assist in guiding all Team Members to appropriately sort various vegetables
Help train volunteers in deciphering “good quality control” in regard to: good/bad vegetables and keeping different ones separate
Ensure team members are stacking boxes properly on pallet
Ensure proper breakdown of packaging, recycling and waste
Maintain Health & Safety standards
Encourage Team Members to keep all areas clean
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to use a pallet jack

Ability to take direction and provide direction to others
Ability to communicate effectively in English (speak, read and write); ability to speak other languages an asset
