Overview

This 8-week program is designed to teach commercial industry kitchen skills needed for entry level employment in the food and service industry. Active participants will build practical food preparation and cooking skills. Classes include: preparing fruits and vegetables, meat cutting, making soups and broths, daily prepping, following schedules, and safe food handling practices.
