Overview

This 8-week program is designed to teach customer service representative skills needed for entry level employment in the call centre industry. It helps the participants to make the most of their telephone-based work, such as understanding, active listening, data entry, taking clients’ feedback, basic essential telemarketing customer service skills, and communication and interpersonal skills.
