Gift in Memoriam

Make a gift in memory of a loved one who has passed away. When you make an In Memoriam donation to Winnipeg Harvest, we will send a Remembrance card to the individual or family you designate. A receipt will be sent to you for a donation of $20.00 or more.

Please print this Donation and Pledge Form fill it out and return it to Winnipeg Harvest to give your gift and receive your tax receipt.

Winnipeg Harvest accepts VISA and MasterCard donations by phone. Please call our offices at (204) 982-3581 weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to make your gift by credit card.
