Empty Bowls Soup-er Lunch
The Empty Bowl Soup-er Lunch takes place every fall at the MTS Centre. Crowds of Winnipeg Harvest supporters come out to enjoy soup and bread, buy tickets to the rainbow auction, and hear the inspiring story of how students are fighting hunger through the Empty Bowls in Schools program.
Media personalities, celebrities (local and international) and artists all contribute by signing or decorating a ceramic bowl for the rainbow auction, making this a draw like none other. A host of other prizes accompany each bowl: event tickets, gift certificates to local businesses and much more.
