- Canned fish and poultry
- Canned fruit and vegetables
- Canned stew, chili or brown beans
- Peanut butter
- Baby food and formula
- Whole grain/whole wheat pasta
- Brown, converted or parboiled rice
- Canned spaghetti sauce or tomatoes
- High fiber, non-sugar coated cereal
- Canned soup (lentil, pea, vegetable).
Every donation makes a difference. One loonie allows Winnipeg Harvest to move $20 worth of food.

Winnipeg Harvest would like to extend a huge THANKS to one of our corporate partners, Unisource Canada Inc. Unisource Canada Inc. has greatly contributed to Winnipeg Harvest’s goal of ending hunger in Manitoba.
